The home improvement segment is one of the largest, fastest
growing and most stable sectors of industry in Australia. Home owners,
developers and designers realize greater equitable growth in real estate
over most other forms of long term equity investment. The opportunity
exists for Shutters R Us to meet this unrelenting demand from astute home
owners, Specifiers and Architects by geographically networking through
licensed retailers and special projects exposure.
There are many statistics we could call on to prove our enthusiasm, here
are a few interesting ones - There are 1.4 million dwellings in NSW alone
and there are approximately 42,000 more to be built by year end 2003.
The national fenestration industry turnover is worth more than $1.7 billion
annually. Plantation Shutters have emerged as one of the hottest building/refurbishment
lines in Australia following the USA which has enjoyed a long 30 year
love affair with Shutters.
Our potential client base is any home, apartment, office building, and
