ML 6040 "L" MOULD
Used on non-trimmed openings as a hanging strip requiring Light/draft
stop or as an inside reveal fixing. Used as lightweight end post
on Bay Windows.
Max length of moulding 2400mm.
Colour matched to Shutter Order. Available in Western Red Cedar
or Hardwood Sold cut to size, priced to nearest 300mm.

MZ 6050 "Z" MOULD
This profile is used on trimmed and non-trimmed openings as a corner
detail requiring Light/draft stop or to counter uneven site conditions.
It may be that the opening into which the shutter panel is to be
fixed is larger or inconsistent with the panel.
If it would not be for the Z Mould there would be a noticeable light
strike (daylight gap) somewhere around the installation. The Z Mould
also offers the extra advantage of a small return rebate which neatly
covers the adjoining wall junction.The profile is reversable to
suit vaious installations.

MR 10010 REVEAL ADD ON
Used with self adhesive tape or secured to lining board to each
of the four inside faces of the reveal. It provides a new installation
look and can compensate for Clearance/squareness problems. Can work
with Item MA 9016 Architrave trim or a small Stop bead such as MSB
1906.
Max length of moulding is 2400mm.
