Timber PLANTATION SHUTTERS

We use Western Red Cedar as it is the most stable and durable timber suited to both indoors and outdoor applications. Cedar can be painted, danish oiled or clear lacquered (although we do not recommend clear lacquering cedar). Western Red Cedar is naturally insect resistant and has sound and temperature insulation properties. These qualities are important to consider in choosing from the Shutters r us range.
