Requirements (Wholesaler or franchise owner)

• Some retail experience by at least one of the team, eg. husband or wife.
• From a background in Sales or Marketing, or trade qualified with an interest in Sales
• Good health with lots of energy, a real go getter …the world awaits!.
• Able to show evidence of self motivation, like to meet new challenges, able to see a project through to completion.
• Have had community involvement, i.e., involved in P & C Association, Church, member of club, committee, etc.
• Confident with the public, enjoy meeting with people, genuinely interested in others needs.
• Outgoing personality- likes dealing with people.
• Should be buying or own home and be prepared, if necessary, to live in or near area of franchise.
• Husband or wife preferably has some artistic ability, home decorating interest or art / fashion /architectural interest or hobby
• Husband or wife have strong book keeping capabilities, enjoy working and reporting figures.
• Should be good communicators and have some background in previous positions as employers of staff or show natural leadership skills.
• Should not have been bankrupt or involved in major criminal offences
• Not an empire builder, we will help you reach your goals if you are motivated and have spirit
• Current Drivers License, good navigator and good time manager.
• Able to set a balanced priority list for family, interests and business building.
• Matriculation or higher standard of education.
